Initial Consultation
Here, we’ll have an initial chat in person, via phone or video call, where we simply talk about the basics. What is your vision, and what makes your love special? What preferences do you have in terms of countries, and what budget are you working with?
By learning more about you as people and as a couple, we can come with a wedding strategy that will incorporate all the elements that reflect the love you share in a manner that befits you both.
Theme and Style Selection
With your input, we’ll be able to establish the theme and style for the wedding. Together we’ll decide color schemes, décor preferences, and the kind of ambience you’re looking for.
Venue Selection
Playing a critical role, the venue is what ties all other aspects together and will shape the overall design of your wedding. Having decided on the theme and style, we’ll go through our list of relevant venues that fit those parameters, ensuring the perfect wedding location to complement your vision and needs.
Décor and Floral Design
Here, we create a comprehensive and cohesive arrangement design scheme for the ceremony and reception spaces. This includes all aspects of floral arrangements, table settings, lighting, and all the decorative elements that go into a dream wedding.
Customization and Personalization
With your input, we’ll ensure to incorporate and reflect the personal touches and meaningful details into the design, ensuring your unique lovestory is reflected into the wedding celebration.
Coordination with Vendors
With the planning side of things done, it’s time to get things moving. While we liaise with vendors such as florists, caterers, and rental companies to ensure everything flows smoothly on the wedding day, any final decisions that need to be made will be yours.
In this equation, we are a conduit for your vision to the vendors, ensuring that no detail is left out and all your desires are fulfilled.
On-site Coordination
Our approach is to be selective with how many weddings we undertake every year. This way, you can rest assured that our dedicated team is never too stretched and someone will be present on-site to see that setup and installation of all décor elements is done right.
Furthermore, someone will also be present on the day, ensuring that the event runs smoothly, and should any issues arise, will be ready at hand to mitigate and see that proceedings are not disrupted.
